Well, this blog is about me. My attempts at better health & my appreciation of my state Missouri. I'm a large, obese, disabled man. Type 2 Diabetic, who must use oxygen when mobile. That's not a negative, just a fact. My plan is to walk to health & report MO locals, attractions, Historic sites, businesses along the way. This is in honor of my dear friend, Paul Posner. Paul passed on February 2010. Paul was also a large man with health issues. His last statement to me "Frank, don't be like me". He wanted better health for me. I love you Paul, let's get stepping together.
